Usage: Widely used for measuring shaft and disk products and components, mainly detecting their radial runout, roundness, and end face accuracy errors.
Advantages: The use of granite instrument bases improves the accuracy of the reference plane and reduces the accuracy error of the instrument itself.
The activity table holder can be used for measurement at any position on the instrument holder.
The instrument base is rust free and easy to use and store.
Usage of granite deflection inspection instrument: Tighten the eccentric shaft handle, first fix the top seat on the instrument seat. Fix the movable top seat in the appropriate position according to the length of the tested part. Press down on the ball handle, insert the parts, and use two pointed tips to cover the center hole of the parts. Tighten the grip tightly to secure the tip. Place the activity meter in the desired position and use a dial gauge to perform the inspection.
